Aroma sauna

An aroma sauna is a type of sauna that is ingested by adding aromatherapy oils into the air. These oils contain natural plant substances that affect the skin and the senses. Aroma saunas are primarily used for relaxation and to support well-being and health.

Aroma saunas can be made with either pure essential oils or aroma saunas that are specifically designed for sauna use. Some of the commonly used oils in aroma saunas include lavender, eucalyptus, lemon, rose and tea tree.

Using aromatherapy oils in the sauna can help relieve muscle tension and pain, reduce stress and anxiety, improve blood circulation and nourish the skin. It is recommended to spend at least 15-20 minutes in the sauna to achieve the full effects of the oils.
