We require all experts to be on time for their appointments, but of course there may be delays, e.g. due to traffic conditions. If your expert is delayed by more than 10 minutes, we will inform you in advance with a call. We will then tell you where the expert is and whether he can still manage to do the treatment for the booked duration. As compensation for the delay, you will receive a € 5.00 voucher sent by email for your next booking. If the expert is unable to complete the full duration of the massage due to a follow-up appointment, we will cancel your appointment and you will receive a compensation voucher for the treatment price plus € 5.00 extra by email so that you can make a new booking.
