How does the Lymphatic Duo proceed? How often should it be done?

The session lasts 90 minutes and begins with lymphatic drainage on the body, followed by the Lymphatic Face Glow. You are comfortably positioned on your back, undressed except for underwear and covered with towels throughout the treatment. The body and face are treated step by step, using rhythmic, activating techniques that follow the natural lymphatic pathways, working from central to distal areas.For lasting results, we recommend regular sessions. Many customers start with weekly treatments and then adjust based on their needs and how their body responds.

When will I see results?

Many customers notice a difference after the first session - feeling lighter, less puffy, and more defined in the body and face. With regular treatments, results tend to become more visible and lasting.

Is the treatment painful?

Lymphatic drainage is generally gentle and rhythmic. The pressure is light to medium, designed to stimulate flow without discomfort.

Are there any contraindications?

In which cases should I avoid getting a massage?

Please note: A massage does not replace medical treatment. If you have any health concerns, please consult your physician beforehand.

• Thrombosis or acute vascular diseases 

• Severe cardiovascular conditions (e.g. heart attack, acute heart failure) 

• Cancer or tumors (only with medical approval) 

• Blood clotting disorders or use of blood-thinning medication 

• Recent injuries, surgeries, or bone fractures (minimum 6 weeks) 

• Severe osteoporosis or acute rheumatic flare-ups 

• Pronounced Varicosis
