Arrive 5–10 minutes before your appointment to start off relaxed. Our experts analyze your needs and tailor the exercises individually – for maximum freedom of movement and relaxation.
Wear comfortable sports or casual clothing – this will allow our experts to support your movements optimally. Our grippy socks for a secure stance and maximum stability are available directly at the studio. Ideally, arrive 5 minutes before your appointment for a stress-free check-in.
Good to know: Each stretch space is separated by individual walls and offers space for your personal belongings. Here, you can be fully yourself and focus on what matters most – your session!

For noticeable progress, we recommend 1-2 sessions per week. The key to success is consistency and finding your own rhythm.
