How often should I book a session?

For noticeable progress and lasting relief from tension and discomfort, we recommend 1–2 sessions per week.

That said, your personal rhythm matters most.

Does Assisted Stretching hurt?

When should I avoid Assisted Stretching?

• Thrombosis or acute vascular diseases

• Blood clotting disorders or use of blood-thinning medication
• Recent injuries, surgeries, or bone fractures (minimum 6 weeks)
• Severe osteoporosis or acute rheumatic flare-ups
• Pronounced Varicosis
