Is Sports Massage only for athletes?

No. Many people book Sports Massage even without intense sport. If you want a strong massage or feel muscle tension, it can be exactly right.

Does Sports Massage help with pain?

Many experience less pain or more mobility after Sports Massage. Important is that pressure stays appropriate and feels safe.

How often should I book Sports Massage?

With regular training, 1-2 appointments per month is a good frame. Before competition or in intensive phases, more can make sense.

What if I have injuries?

With acute injuries, please pause. If you're unsure, check with your doctor first and let us know – then we'll work safely.

Does Sports Massage hurt?

It's intensive, but it shouldn't be painful. Deep pressure is okay. Sharp pain is not. Your feeling determines the intensity.

In which cases should I avoid getting a massage?

Please note: A massage does not replace medical treatment. If you have any health concerns, please consult your physician beforehand.
