What is the procedure before, during and after the massage?
It is best if you arrive about 5-10 minutes before the actual massage appointment. This gives you enough time to calmly configure your massage experience. With us, you have various options, for example with the oil, the music, and the level of communication during the massage. During the actual massage, you are welcome to address anything that is important to you (e.g., changing the intensity) and anything that helps you feel completely comfortable (e.g., adjusting the room temperature). After the massage, you are warmly invited to have a cup of tea and let the experience continue to take effect.
Do I need an appointment in advance or are walk-ins also possible?
We are always very well booked, so it is very sensible to make an advance reservation. For regular visits, it is also advisable to book several appointments over a longer period of time. Nevertheless, there are occasionally very short-term availabilities (e.g., because customers have rescheduled their appointments). So if you are nearby, feel free to stop by in person. Our reception will then coordinate and book the next possible appointment with you.
What is special about our locations?
Customers particularly praise our locations in Berlin for the very central location, the exceptionally friendly staff, the very high quality of the treatments, as well as the sum of the pleasant little things on site (e.g., the soothing and free tea).
Is there the possibility for a couples massage?
Yes! This is even a very special experience. You both get your individual massage program at the same time and experience a massage together in our particularly beautiful "double cabin". Note: The format is particularly popular and the possible dates are limited. Therefore, early booking is particularly worthwhile.
How can I purchase gift vouchers?
Simply online here for download or also in person at the studio. Physical gift vouchers in the amounts of 25, 50, 75, 100, and 200 euros are always available on site. These can be paid for by debit or credit card (no cash).
How is the connection to the BVG, are there parking spaces?
Our locations are centrally located and are very well accessible by bus or S-Bahn. We do not have our own customer parking spaces, but in the surrounding area you can almost always quickly find a free spot.
